PRIYANKA CHOPRA TO DO AN ITEM SONG IN HARMAN BAWEJA'S VICTORY
Now like a supportive girl friend Piggy Chops is set to do a sizzling item number in his next flick ‘Victory’. And hold your breath, the reports are that she would be wearing nothing but a two piece. She’ll be shooting for it early in the New Year. Harman might not admit it but it seems he’s shaken up by the fact that his extra expensive debut film bombed. The buzz is that there are no buyers for the flick.
Maybe that’s why he’s so hopeful that the inclusion of Priyanka might help the film to sell.
According to sources, ” The film ‘Victory’ was facing some production hassles and now they are finding it difficult to find buyers, especially since the industry is also reeling under the impact of the recession in the market. Although the film is backed by Adlabs; they are having trouble selling it. That Harman’s last film was a non-starter is also a factor. Distributors who had earlier shown interest have now backed out and agree to come back in on the deal if they are offered heavy cuts in the price.”
The source further adds, “Now one of the producers of the film, Manmohan Shetty, has urged the debutant director of the film, Ajit Pal, to put an item number in the film. This may just improve the prospects of the film on the ticket windows. Harman has requested girl friend Priyanka to do the number and she has agreed.”
Soha ali khan and Siddharth Wedding
Bollywood Wedding :Finally, Siddharth and Soha’s love story came to a happy ending and that is marriage. Yes, this news is true that Siddharth and Soha ali khan are going to marry in april 2008. It has been reported that last week around, Saif ali khan invited Siddharth to his house for a lunch. The lunch was an excuse, but the real story was he wanted to test Siddharth if he could prove as best partner to his sister Soha. Saif is said to have asked many personnel questions to Siddharth and Siddharth like a interview candidate gave all the apt answers to Saif .
Saif was very happy about his sisters selection and immediately invited the south actor to his latest film shooting Tashan . This whole story happened a few days back .And the Nawab [saif] was very much impressed by his would –be brother in law and also gave green signal to his sister for their marriage.
But on Monday Siddharth was again called for a second interview and this time it was Soha’s parents who were very much impressed by Siddharth that they immediately gave the nod for the wedding of Siddharth and Soha.
Meanwhile, the latest news is that on Wednesday the two families have decided to arrange for a marriage ceremony in the month of April next year . so on this day it is said that Saif will also get engaged to his latest girlfriend Kareena kapoor.
This news is also confirmed by Soha Ali khan’s mother Sharmilla Tagore and she agree that the Siddharth and Soha will be getting married in the month of April next year . But the date according to her is still to be finalized. And when asked about her Nawab’s wedding she replied diplomatically that presently there were no such plans and these are only rumors and if at all anything is decided then they will confirm it to the media. She also said that whatever Saif does or decide the whole family has deep faith in him and Sharmilla Tagore is sure that their son will never let her or her family down.
Meanwhile, on the sets of little champs LoLo [karishma kapoor] got furious on a reporter when he shot her with a question to comment on her sister’s relationship with Saif. Lolo is said to have bursted on the reporter and backfired him with another question “ how dare u ask this question” and from the on site reporting it is reported that she was very angry when she was asked about her sisters personnel life. (Seems like she is not happy for her sisters latest love).
But the fact that Siddharth and Soha are getting married s presently hot news in the media circle.
Deepika ditches Farah for Yuvraj
Deepika Padukone has all the time in the world for Yuvraj Singh but she doesn't have any time for Farah Khan, who gave the newbie her big break in films.
According to an insider from the Om Shanti Om camp, "Farah is irked with Deepika's ungrateful attitude. She has not kept in touch after the release of the film. The OSO girl hasn't spoken to Farah for a couple of months except sending a SMS on her birthday (January 9)."This is the way of the world. If Shahrukh was ignoring me, I would have felt very hurt. It's true that Deepika has not kept in touch since OSO's release. Her parents, Prakash Padukone and wife sent me a thank-you letter after watching the film. I was very touched. I last met Deepika during the OSO book launch on November 14. I guess she"s been busy with shooting and travelling all over the world.
I read she was in Australia watching the cricket match, and shooting for Yash Raj's film. She's busy enjoying life, I guess, and basking in the glory. In any case, I am faltu right now (Farah's expecting triplets next week). I won't be directing any film for at least a year."

Amongst the OSO cast, apparently only Deepika hasn't kept in touch. Farah says, "Arjun (Rampal) and Shreyas (Talpade) regularly keep in touch. Fortunately, most of the stars I've worked with Zayed (Khan), Amrita (Rao), and Sunil (Shetty) still come and visit me years after Main Hoon Naa.
I find it amusing that Deepika hasn't kept in touch. I have seen it happening so many times in the film industry you give a break to a newbie and she/he forgets you when they become big."
Apart from Deepika, the only actress who hasn't been in contact is Sushmita Sen. The mommy-to-be adds, "Sush doesn't keep in touch with anybody so it's not just me. Right now she's busy with her home production, but Sush is a darling so warm and gracious.
Deepika was unavailable for comment but a friend of the actress clarifies, "There is no problem between them. Deepika has been in touch with Farah over SMS."
