The amount of success which our bombshell Meghna got from her music video ‘Kaliyon Ka Chaman’ could not sustain its level in her B-grade movies (even with all possible spices). So, the gal is back now to the place where she best belongs. Yes, to the music videos. She is there in singer Saru Maini’s remix album ‘Sutta Mix’. The name itself suggests how hot the video will be. The album has ten songs and will be remixed by DJ Shezwood. The album is directed by Ajay and Lovel.

The new buzz in the tinsel town is that Shah Rukh Khan has keen interest in film direction. According to sources Shah Rukh is taking active interest in Yash Raj Films ‘Chak De India’ in which he plays a hockey coach. It is being heard that SRK has added a thrilling sequence in the movie and both the producer Aditya Chopra and director Shimit Amin are going gaga… over it. Infact both Adi and Amin are now following SRK’s suggestions blindly as they feel he has a knack for direction. Seems that the actor has plans to plunge into the pool of direction…..

Jiah Khan gearing up

Jiah Khan, after getting kudos for her critically acclaimed performance in ‘Nishabd’ and her video ‘Take Lite’ (sung, composed and choreographed by her), is now spending her time in London with her sister.

In London, Jiah is gearing up for her next project by getting trained in Tai Chi and Motor cycle stunts. However, Jiah is not disclosing anything about it, since she is under contract. The young lady laughs, “Hey, I’m having great fun in London. I’m just chilling out. I’m glad that my debut performance has been appreciated. Let me have some fun before I focus completely on my next film.”

The Great Khali sings and dances for a music video

He has come back to his motherland not without reasons. Barely has he stepped back in India, he has managed to bag in four films in a row. After WWF and acting, The Great Khali is out to extend his horixons to the world of music too. So, now this wrestler goes out for a music video shoot with the singers-composers Siddharth and Suhas for his forthcoming ‘Rama, The Saviour’.

Khali sang a song for Siddhartha-Suhas duo and danced as well for their music video for his film which directed by Hadi Ali Abrar and produced by Abdul Aziz Baroodgar and stars Tanushree Dutta and Sahil Khan.

Siddhartth Suhas who have given the music for the film made Khali sing a few pieces for their song “We Don’t Need” and also Khali grooved and rocked in the music video for the same song!!!

Rajasthan Royals music video shot in Jaipur

Rajasthan Royals had been the winning IPL team for 2008 and its joint owners, Shilpa Shetty and Raj Kundra, are leaving no stones unturned in making them the champions for this year. To motivate their team, the duo have come up with the costliest theme and team anthem and have spent close to one crore to bring it out. The music video is named Halla Bol and was released after a nice bash at a 5 star hotel few days back.

‘Halla bol’ song video was shot in Jaipur and its surroundings. The music and text for the song is given by Anand Raj Anand, and it is Ken Ghosh who directed the video. Shilpa and party danced to the song choreographed by Ahmed Khan. The song features several young artists including jumbo, chariots and horses. Reports say that the filming of the song took about 3 days. During the shoot, there were thousands of fans, who had gathered to get a glimpse of the sexy star.

Shilpa says, “Since the time we conceptualized this video, we always knew that we would shoot it in Jaipur. The entire video has a feel of historical palaces and royalty attached to it. It felt so good to shoot on our home turf.”

Speaking about the song, Shilpa said, “It (the song) has a strong Bollywood feel to it. But the IPL is an association of cricket and Bollywood. That’s the way it is meant to be.”
